One mailbox reaches all of us, and a person reads it. Here is what to send where, and what to expect back.

General enquiries
Email [email protected] for anything at all. If you are not sure which category your message falls into, this is the right address β we will route it internally.
We aim to reply within a few working days. If a question needs research β a disputed calculation, an operator's terms β it may take longer, and we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
Corrections and factual errors
If a number, a formula, a bonus term or a claim about an operator is wrong, tell us. Include the page and, if you can, the source that shows the correct value.
Corrections are the messages we treat most urgently. A tool that returns the wrong answer is worse than no tool, so a credible report gets checked the same day where we can.
Privacy and your data
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to get a copy, or to have it deleted. The privacy policy lists every right you have and what we actually store.
You do not need to explain why. We will not ask you to justify a deletion request, and we will not make you chase us for it.
Security reports
Found a vulnerability? Email [email protected]. Please give us enough detail to reproduce it, and enough time to fix it before you publish.
We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not access other people's data, degrade the service, or hold the finding to ransom. Machine-readable details are at /.well-known/security.txt.
Partnerships and commercial enquiries
Use the partnership form, which asks the questions we need answered up front and saves a round trip. It reaches the same team.
One thing worth saying plainly before you write: coverage and rankings are not for sale. We are happy to discuss commercial arrangements, but not ones that change what we publish.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with something we published or the way we handled a request, the complaints page sets out how to raise it and how we handle it.
You can also just email [email protected] and say what went wrong. A complaint does not need a special format to be taken seriously.
What we cannot help with
We are not a bookmaker. We cannot access your account with an operator, release a withheld withdrawal, reverse a bet, or intervene in a dispute between you and them. If that is your problem, contact the operator, and then their licensing regulator.
We also do not give betting tips on request, manage anyone's bankroll, or tell you what to stake. The calculators do the maths; the decisions stay yours.
If gambling has stopped being fun
We are not a support service and cannot offer counselling. What we can do is point you at people who can, immediately and for free.
The responsible gambling page lists national helplines and self-exclusion registers, including the numbers to call in Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Sweden. Please use them.
