1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using this website, any of its calculators, or any content published on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of use and by our Privacy-related notices, including our Cookie policy. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You may use this site only if all of the following are true. If any of them is not true, you must not use the site.

• You are at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for gambling-related content.
• Accessing betting-related information and tools is lawful in your country, state or region.
• You are not excluded from gambling by a self-exclusion scheme, a court order, a regulator, or an operator.
• You are not accessing the site in order to breach any law, licence condition or operator term.

3. What this service is — and what it is not

This site publishes information, educational material and calculation tools. It is not a gambling service. We do not operate any form of betting, gaming or lottery; we do not accept, place, broker, settle or guarantee bets; and we do not receive, hold, transfer or process any customer funds or stakes.

Our calculators are deterministic arithmetic tools. They compute results from the numbers you enter. They have no access to live odds, no access to any bookmaker account, and no knowledge of the outcome of any real event. A calculator result describes the arithmetic consequences of your inputs — nothing more.

4. No advice and no guarantees

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, betting, legal, accounting or tax advice, a recommendation to place any bet, or an inducement to gamble. We do not know your circumstances, your finances or your risk tolerance, and nothing here is tailored to you.

We make no representation, warranty or guarantee that any information, figure, rating, calculation, model output, prediction or strategy on this site is accurate, complete, current, fit for any purpose, or capable of producing a profit. Betting markets are uncertain by nature. Past results, simulated results and expected-value figures do not predict future outcomes, and losses are a normal and expected part of betting.

5. Your decisions are your own

You are solely responsible for every betting, financial and personal decision you make, whether or not you consulted this site first. You alone bear the consequences of those decisions, including any and all financial losses.

You are also solely responsible for checking the laws that apply where you are, for satisfying any age or eligibility requirement, for reading and complying with the full terms of any operator you deal with, and for meeting any tax or reporting obligation arising from your activity.

6. Content is provided “as is”

The site and all of its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that data such as odds, margins, bonus terms or operator details will be current. Such data changes constantly and may be out of date the moment it is published.

7. Third-party operators, links and advertising

This site contains links to third-party websites, including gambling operators, and some of those links are affiliate links as described in our Affiliate disclosure. Those third parties are independent of us. We do not control them, we do not operate them, and we are not their agent.

We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any third party's website, content, odds, promotions, bonus conditions, wagering requirements, account decisions, limits, restrictions, closures, withheld or delayed payments, data handling, or compliance with any law or licence. Any dealing you have with a third party is solely between you and that third party, and any dispute must be pursued with them.

A link, listing, rating or review on this site is not a recommendation that you gamble, not a warranty of any operator's solvency, licensing or fair dealing, and not a promise that any advertised offer will be available or honoured.

8. User accounts and content you enter

Some features let you create an account or record your own data, such as the betting journal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must notify us of any unauthorised use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you enter, and for keeping your own backup of anything you would not want to lose. We may suspend or remove any account or content that we reasonably believe breaches these terms or any law, and we may discontinue any feature at any time.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, calculators, formulas as expressed here, layout, design, graphics, code and branding — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, licence, frame, scrape or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written permission, except where a short quotation with clear attribution and a link is permitted by applicable law.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following.

• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, mirror or bulk-download the site or its data.
• Interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any account.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly forbids that restriction.
• Introduce malware, or use the site to distribute unlawful, misleading or harmful material.
• Use the site to promote gambling to minors or to anyone who is self-excluded, or in any way that breaches gambling-advertising rules.
• Misrepresent your identity, age or eligibility, or circumvent any access restriction.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we, together with our owners, officers, employees, contractors and suppliers, shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything on it.

This exclusion applies in particular, and without limitation, to: gambling losses of any size, however incurred; lost profits, lost winnings, lost opportunity, lost data or lost goodwill; losses caused by reliance on any calculator output, rating, model, prediction, article or figure published here; losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information; losses arising from the acts, omissions, terms or insolvency of any third-party operator; and any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages. It applies whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised that such loss was possible.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for access to the site in that period, which will normally be nothing, and (b) the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case the exclusions apply to the maximum extent that jurisdiction permits, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, your breach of any law or operator term, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

13. Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the site, including any calculator, section or feature, at any time and without notice or liability. We may also restrict access from particular countries or regions where we consider it appropriate.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.

14. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.

These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site. You may not assign your rights under them; we may assign ours to a successor.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law entitles you to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
